At St Michael's Church traffic lights on the Brooms Road (A756), turn south out of Dumfries on St Michael's Street (B725) towards Glenclaple ( follow signposts for the Hospital and A&E ).  Continue straight on (3rd exit) at the roundabout with a petrol station on the right and then at the traffic lights after 300 yards, turn diagonally up to the left towards Bankend.  After passing Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary on the right, take the second gate into the Crichton grounds - the Church Gate.  Easterbrook Hall is the long building on the left overlooking the Crichton Church.
